Growing Revolution’s PlantBlox living wall system was used as a backdrop to award winning The Guangzou Garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021. The Garden was co-designed by landscape architects Peter Chmiel and Chin-Jung Chen of Grant Associates and won both a Gold Award and the coveted ‘Best Show Garden’ award at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021.
The garden, inspired by Guangzhou City, China, highlights the benefits of responsible city planning. It urged planners to collaborate with nature, fostering a stronger connection between people and the natural world.

Our trusted trade partner, Biotecture, was responsible for the installation of a remarkable 3 by 10-meter living wall within the garden’s woodland dell. Grant Associates chose a selection of grasses to create a wild, textured look.
PlantBlox is stackable and modular, providing a hassle-free installation process. After the conclusion of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Biotecture dismantled the wall and repurposed it for another project, showcasing the sustainability and versatility of PlantBlox.
